MUSIC REHEARSAL STUDIO AGREEMENT

Sound Right Music Studios

This Music Rehearsal Studio Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sound Right Music Studios (“Studio”) and the client (“Client”).

Agreement Acceptance

By booking a rehearsal session, making payment, or using the studio, the Client automatically acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Reservation & Payment

  • All rehearsal time must be booked in advance.

  • Full payment or required deposit must be received to confirm the reservation.

  • Reservations are not guaranteed until payment is received.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel their reservation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and will automatically receive a credit for the full amount paid, valid for future use.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of payment.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the discretion of Sound Right Music Studios.

3. Studio Cancellation

  • If Sound Right Music Studios must cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason, the Client will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Use of Studio

  • The Client agrees to use the studio space and equipment responsibly and for lawful purposes only.

  • The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests, band members, and attendees follow studio rules.

  • The Studio reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if rules are violated.

5. Equipment Responsibility & Damages

  • All equipment is provided in working condition at the start of the session.

  • The Client accepts full responsibility for the care and proper use of all studio equipment.

  • In the event that any equipment is damaged, lost, stolen, or abused, the Client agrees to pay the full market replacement or repair cost, including applicable taxes and fees.

  • Payment for damages may be charged to the Client’s card on file.

6. Session Time & Overtime

  • Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.

  • Setup and breakdown must be completed within the reserved time.

  • Overtime will be billed based on availability and studio rates.

7. Conduct & Behavior

  • No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the premises.

  • Excessive intoxication, unsafe behavior, or harassment will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

  • The Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy for violence or destructive behavior.

8. Noise & Volume Levels

  • Clients must follow any volume or operational guidelines provided by the Studio.

  • Failure to comply may result in session termination.

9. Liability Waiver

  • The Client assumes all responsibility for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the session.

  • Sound Right Music Studios is not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred while using the facility.

10. Access & Security

  • The Client is responsible for all individuals they bring into the studio.

  • Any unauthorized access or misuse of the facility will be the responsibility of the Client.

11. Recording & Media

  • Any recordings created during the session belong to the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • The Studio may use non-confidential photos/videos for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

12. Right to Refuse Service

  • Sound Right Music Studios reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at its discretion.

13. Acknowledgment

By booking a session, the Client agrees to all terms outlined above.
